-       Brand Lab Gear (BLG) is a company dedicated to helping retail partners and their customers share their love of the outdoors and their favorite recreational brands.


ORDERING AND SHIPPING FAQS

How do I place my order?

-       To place your order, follow these steps:

1)    Log In and create an account.

2)    Select the Branded items you would like to purchase.

3)    Pick your shipping option and complete your purchase with a debit or credit card.



  • Branded items will be shipped within 10 - 15 business days. Seasonal holiday cutoffs may apply.

How long will it take to produce and ship my order?

-       BLG makes every effort to produce and package orders within 10 - 15 business days from receipt of an order.

-       Shipping times are based on the type of shipping selected at checkout.


What shipping options are available?

-       Shipping options depend on the type and size of the order being placed. When you place your order you will see the options for your selection.


How do I pay for my order?

-       Orders must be paid for with a credit or debit card at the time they are placed.

RETURN FAQS

Can I return BLG Gear?

-       BLG stands behind every purchase and will make every effort to ensure you are happy. Unfortunately Branded merchandise can only be returned if it is delivered damaged or defective. Returns require prior authorization. Please call 1-866-522-5223 or email Support@BrandLabGear.com and report all damaged or defective deliveries as soon as they are received so we can find a resolution.
